Opening in August 2010 - Make your way to the third level at Melbourne Central's old shot tower and you will find Melbourne's newest Pancake Parlour Restaurant.

Melbourne Central is an urban-city precinct - a destination for fashion, shopping, eating and entertainment.  While you're in the centre, visit the historic Melbourne Central Shot Tower which was saved from demolition in 1973 and incorporated into the design of the Melbourne Central Complex in 1991. It now stands underneath an 84m high conical glass roof.

The Melbourne Central Pancake Parlour is perfect to visit for a lunch break, a quick coffee break or with the family on the weekend. A lovely spot to relax in the privacy of your own booth and enjoy a cup of our famous filtered bottomless coffee while catching up on some work or study.

The perfect venue for a hearty breakfast with work colleagues or family and friends, the breakfast fare is served until midday weekdays and until 5pm Saturday & Sundays (excluding public holidays or big event days)

If you are looking for great value, try the Express Lunch and Early Dinner Menu available every Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm. (excluding public holidays).

Whether you are shopping, catching the latest movie or just meeting friends, the Melbourne Central restaurant is open seven days a week (excluding Christmas Day). The kitchen serves the full menu right up until 1am weekdays and until 3am Friday & Saturday.
