GROUP BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Any group of 10 or more people will be required to spend a minimum of $10.00 per person.
(Please note walk-in groups do not attract a minimum spend however there may be a small service delay depending on the size of the group.)

• A deposit of $50 will be required for any children's birthday booking over 10 children.

• At the discretion of management a deposit may be required for any booking outside opening hours or where extra staff may need to be rostered on.

• There is a minimum spend of $1000 for exclusive use of the private function room (Located at Bourke Street Mall, Dandenong, Doncaster, Eastland, Forest Hill and Fountain Gate) You will need to check with your local restaurant availability of function rooms.

• A deposit of $500 will be required for any function requesting the exclusive use of the private function room. This needs to be paid within seven days of making the booking via credit card or cash. If you need to cancel we know it would be for an important reason so we ask you give us as much notice as possible. If a cancellation occurs with more than 48 hours notice your deposit will be fully re-fundable (otherwise 50% of your deposit will be refunded)

• The number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the function

• Payment must be settled in full at the conclusion of the function by cash or credit card. You will be charged for the confirmed number of guests of the final number of guests served, whichever is the greatest. Cheques must be received seven days prior.

• Function areas cannot be booked exclusively on public holidays or big event days such as Shrove Tuesday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s or Father’s Day, Easter Sunday or Christmas Day.

• Please note the Saturday magic show held at our Doncaster and Highpoint restaurants is complimentary. The Pancake Parlour does not take responsibility for non-show of magician.

• At all times we try to accommodate any special requests however this cannot be guaranteed. Table and seating arrrangements will need to be discussed direct with your specific restaurant location.

• All prices are subject to variation. Menu prices are subject to occassional increases and these will apply to your function unless pre-paid prior in full. You will be advised prior if this is the case.

• Special menu packages may be subject to minor changes. All prices, descriptions and ingredients are correct at time of publication (November 2009).
