For all bookings, please contact your preferred restaurant direct to make your booking.

Is there a minimum spend for a booking?

Answer

There is a minimum spend of $10 per person for all bookings

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Answer

For bookings of 20 or more people a deposit will be required. Please speak to your preferred restaurant direct for more information.

Is there a minimum spend required for use of the private dining room?

Answer

A minimum spend will be required for exclusive use of the private dining room. Please speak to your preferred restaurant direct for more information.

Do I need to pay a deposit for exclusive use of a private dining room?

Answer

For exclusive use of a private dining room a 50% deposit will be required. This needs to be paid within seven days of making the booking via credit card or cash. If you need to cancel, we know it would be for an important reason, so we ask you give us as much notice as possible. If a cancellation occurs with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellations less than 48 hours, your deposit will be refunded with gift vouchers valid for any Melbourne Pancake Parlour restaurant.

How far in advance do I need to confirm numbers?

The number of guests must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the function date.

Do you accept credit card or cheque?

Answer

Payment must be settled in full at the conclusion of the function by cash or credit card. We do not accept cheques.

Can I book exclusive use of a function room on public holidays or big event days?

Answer

Function areas cannot be booked exclusively on public holidays or big-event days such as Shrove Tuesday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s or Father’s Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day.

Can I request a specific table?

At all times we try to accommodate any special requests; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Table and seating arrangements will need to be discussed directly with your specific restaurant location.
