Our Commitment

The list of organic ingredients served at The Pancake Parlour has grown quite considerably since 2000 and includes:

• Organic maple syrup from the North-American Canadian region - imported especially for the connoisseur.

• Sweet and savoury crepes made with certified organic flour and organic sunflower oil

• Award winning vanilla ice-cream made with organic ingredients

• Organic leaf tea, served in a pot of course!

• A range of organic herbal teas in a bag 

• Some wines are organic

 

The Pancake Parlour is constantly searching for ways to introduce more organic ingredients to the menu.

We have a firm policy that we will only serve food in our restaurants that we would serve at home. This is why our food tastes the way it does! We try to do things as ‘organically’ as possible and use items made from organic ingredients when available. Our free-range eggs are from chickens that roam free on the farm. We are constantly searching for better quality organic ingredients.
